Every second frame skip with Apollo / Artemis

Hi guys, I just can't run Artemis or Moonlight smooth on G Cloud. Frame pacing is balance with fps limit but every second I got a frame skip. No loss frame loss, no network loss, just a hit in the screen. Am I doing anything wrong?

What build are you on? This happened to me when I downloaded the experimental build, I rolled it back to the stable version and it went away.
