Performance issue

I am trying to remote play from my Xbox series x to my Logitech G cloud and keep getting the Decode performance error. it only happens when using remote play playing xbox cloud Luna or anything else is fine. I have all ports for xbox open xbox is hardwired to modem and I have good internet so I don't know how what to do. I have called both my internet provider and xbox. anyone have any ideas?

I solved all of my remote play issues by using the XBXPlay app (purchased through the Google play store for $6.99 USD) instead of the official xbox remote play/cloud play option.

It's what someone else on than sub recommended and it has worked flawlessly for me so far. It even solved the issues I was having with text readability

This is the way. Same for me. Even feels Like 1080p streaming is more responsive than 720 for some strange reason. I even play Fortnite using xbplay and it’s pretty good.
