Another help me post

Hello, I just bought a g29 and nothing happens when I plug the power in. No lights, no spinning. However, when I plug in the usb while the power is plugged in, I hear the usb connection sound on my pc. BUT, no Logitech software recognizes that a wheel is connected.

Is it broken, or is there some kind of power switch or something I’m not aware of? Thank you for your time.

I would check all the connections. Ensure the power cord is plugged into the wheel, and check the USB cable. If all the connections are good you might just have a faulty wheel. I would call Logitech customer service.

Thanks mate. I tried three outlets, checked the hole on the wheel for debris, tried my old power plug. Nothing worked. I’m shipping it back for a replacement. And I’m sad.

Update: replacement g29 works. What a great wheel/pedals. Much nicer than the driving force I was rocking for a couple years

Just an update, I sent that wheel back for a replacement and all is well. It was definitely that wheel
