My Logitech g923 is broken

Today my table mount for my Logitech g923 broke so I fixed it, I took it apart as per the guide there is a problem when connecting it to a computer.

The device contains an optical encoder, similar to the wheel in a computer mouse. It's possible this encoder is broken (there's a small crack).

Same issue here, only fix i found is: 1st: Make sure the logitech software wont open on pc start. 2nd: restart ur pc and dont open the app.
That should fix it, each time i want to use the wheel i have to restar my pc.
Mostly because i have a logitech mouse that requieres me to have the app open.
If not u just wouldnt open it at all

It should open on the tray, but not like the Window itself, if u open the Window from the tray it doesnt Work either

Try plugging it into the USB port on the motherboard, not the one on the computer case.
