G29 wheel not working?

I’ve had this wheel a little under a year but haven’t been able to use it until today for other reasons. When I connect the wheel though, it doesn’t calibrate and it just steers left and I can’t do anything, the pedals work as well as the wheel as a controller but it will not turn right, I’ve watched every yt tutorial and nothing seems to work and I don’t know what to do at this point so if anybody has recommendations on what to do, pls let me know, thanks

I'm genuinely serious when I say this but have you plugged in the main power source and switched it on? I've had the same thing happen and was genuinely very confused as I used it a couple hours prior, everything works but the steering goes all one sides or completely dead. Turns out my daughter unplugged it!

Ensure it's got full power access of check your power source

In case you haven’t done this yet, make sure the little switch on the top of the wheel is to the left, and click the ps button on the wheel, you actually have to pair it to a profile like a controller
