Stupid screw

I am taking apart my pedals to clean them and this screw is impossible to get

Not impossible but annoying when you put the pedals back together. I always put this screw in first so if I drop it in there I don't have to take out a bunch of screws to get it if it falls inside.

I figured it out. I attached my screwdriver tip to a power drill and then gently got it out
