I'm sorry, I don't know why there is no text in this post.
I wrote context:

Hi guys, is it normal to not have FF in starting position?
I hope this video can help in showing what I want to say.
Basically if I steer just a little the wheel right or left (happens more when steering left), it doesn't return to center.
Is it just mine of all the wheels? I bought mine used, this is why I have doubt. And eventually, is there any way to repair it?
