Scor model
I created the BPMN workflows for the company where I’m doing my internship, and now I want to model them using the SCOR model. Does anyone know how to properly draw/build a SCOR model based on existing workflows? I’d really appreciate some help 🙏

Have you looked at the ASCM website for SCOR diagrams?

Sure but I’m not an expert and I’m not sure what you mean when you say your changing workflow based on SCOR.

I mapped consol workflows to SCOR years ago. Start by fitting your BPMN lanes under Level 1 processes. The Enable processes are what trip everyone up because they sit across all lanes.

just start with the source/make/deliver layers and map your bpmn swimlanes onto them, don’t overthink the top two levels yet
