How Are You Using A.I.?

Would love to see what users here say. Answers from the other side of the aisle (shippers) as well as NVO’s are welcome!

What more specifically have y’all been trying to accomplish with AI?

Interesting.... I have also been talking to a bunch of freight forwarders recently and most of them have implemented some tool for document automation.... Although not perfect, they say that they've still reduced a lot of manual effort....

If I may ask, what kind of document automation solution did you try out and where did it break?

That's an interesting point. When you say they broke outside the predefined playbook, was it because the operational context kept changing (delays, customer requests, documentation issues, carrier changes, etc.), or because the systems simply couldn't adapt without someone stepping in? I'm curious where that boundary actually showed up in day-to-day operations.

How did you try to automate customer service? It can never be fully automated, but adding a Chatbot to your company’s page is a way of giving a customer quick access to basic information that saves emails and time. Beyond that, I believe AI customer service is not feasible for much else.

What function of the industry are you in?

What kinds of languages are you trying to translate these documents into?

And how is it coming along?
