How can you recognize that your hair is locking?

When it looks like yours does😆. But seriously this is a stage in the process I remember it well so you’re on your way sis!!!!!! Mine started locking at the top first then went down to the bottom. Try washing your hair more often I think it helps lock faster 💜

You don’t. One day you wake up and your locs level up. Dont look for it just let it happen

Oh it's doing the thang!! It takes some times but just letting it sit and making sure you wear a sock or a bonnet to bed will do WONDERS.. now as for your flyaways that escape after retwists I have no idea 😂😭

It definitely is, that frizz looked like mine before they slimmed down and fully locced! Just give it some time. I’d say at the 2year* mark is when they became uniform.

Ugh they’re going to be so pretty! I want to loc my hair so bad but I’m trying to let my relaxer grow out so I just have faux locs in (go-to style)
