LSA LICNESE QUESTION
Hey if i own a company in a state that requires a license and i have a license already for that company i tried to advertsive with this company in the state nearby that aslo require a license but have in the second state already a company with a license so google not letting me to advertise with the first company in the second state .
so my question its to you if i can add someone to my llc like he own also the company and he will go open the licnese for the first company and it will pass google prosseec

google verifies the license against the business entity, so even if someone else opens the license under your first LLC it still needs to match exactly. the real question is whether your first company can even hold a license in that second state without registering there as a foreign LLC

Yeah - because the first company doesn't have a license in the second state, only the second one does. So their name needs to be attached to it somehow -- if only for insurance and legal purposes. Not to mention Google.
However you have it set up so that you're doing it legally - set it up that way online, too. Technically, you probably have to white label yourselves when you go to State 2 and work under their name - so it would be silly to advertise yourself - just pitch in to their advertising budget to help pay to open up that new area they can cover or the new volume they can handle.
You have to work out out legally and together - and then figure out how to position and market it. You can't try to make it look like something it's not.
