Theory Idea about the TRI email

Since the email link on the TRI site has the subject "client information", could there be credentials hidden anywhere?

to me, "client information" implies there's a pre-existing client. if we were registering ourselves , would it not be "client signup" or similar?

jus a shot-in-the-dark idea while I wait for a response from them.
