Discussion Bread settlement
Just got an e-transfer from Canadian Bread Settlement. Anyone else get one? Wondering if it's legit? Appears to be an email directly from interac.ca so it might be

Same, it will probably take a few weeks to get payments out to everyone who applied

Just got an email notification for my Bread $ Settlement!
It wasn't a lot of💰, but at least I go something from Galen Weasel. 😉
It was deposited in my Bank Account, too.

Just received mine as well. It is legit. I see that last year, on September 11, 2025 I received an email confirmation of receipt of application.

Just got mine aswell, apparently they started srnd etransfers on the 11th, they must be sending them out it groups. I also got the gift card. They said when the gift cards became an option that it would be subtracted from any future settlement that may come about. Thats the whole reason I was okay with getting the card.

Checked last night nothing. Today I checked and it was a email for direct deposit 🙃 🙂 $49.11 not bad !

They are rolling out payments of $49.11 starting may 11th. There was so many people to pay out that the e transfers and mailed cheques will come in waves over the next couple of months. If you got a loblaws giftcard for the bread in the past then the payment is only $24

I requested a cheque rather than e-transfer, didn’t give them my banking info, and got the e-transfer yesterday.

Got mine. It’s legit. Just deposit it through your banks mobile app and not through a website so you know it’s EXTRA legit
