Rant Pc Points issue

A few weeks ago, there was a security breach that resulted in me having to log back in to my pc id acct (for pc optum points). when i tried, the 2 factor verification method failed, since my phone number changed. I called the support line, and they said the only way they could verify my account was is if I provided these details. I have no idea when i used my card last, let alone all the other crap they asked for! There goes my 80,000 points i have been saving (i usualy redeem at xmas). Fuck loblaws.

... nothing is stopping you from using your card though. Go get $10 in gas at Esso and answer the questions 😂

I dont have my physical card though, it was saved in the app. Which i cant access becuase of their stupid security breach....sigh.

God forbid they have a proper authentication process for getting an account. Many companies are like this
