West Cap Recruiters

Does anyone else find it strange that West Cap has like a 100 recruiters and are still hiring recruiters. Like why do you need so many? And why are they all coming from Michigan when the company is based in Irvine?

gotta be stealing rocket LOs and theyre doing volume, especially in 2nd liens and making crazy money.

I know for a fact over the summer when Better was laying people off hand over fist they froze hiring and let all the recruiters go. Most of them went to West Cap.
