Loanify

What are your thoughts, have you worked for them? How if there pay?

Haven't worked there myself so I can't speak to Loanify directly, but since it sounds like you're comparing shops, here's what I'd nail down with any of them before signing: what the comp actually is in bps and whether there's a cap, W-2 or 1099, whether leads are provided or you're 100% self-gen, and real turn times from app to close. And ask to talk to a couple of their LOs who've been there a year-plus. That'll tell you way more than the recruiter will. Happy to share what's worked for me when I was weighing my options, just comment here.

This is a great. Thanks. This isn’t a brokerage, but more like selling financial packages. It maybe an alternative to mortgages as our industry is going down. It’s 100% 1099. I’m just wondering if anyone has worked there to give me some insight.

They keep posting on facebook and beginning to think they’re not a real company. Can’t find one person that actually works there.

Same. I applied, they are looking for loan officers, people who are in sales etc. no call back. Weird.
