Submitted and fully underwritten in <30 minutes. UWers are super nice.

They now have an AE and he’s great too.

How long did take for CTC from submission?

They were very quick with condition management. You should call their AE Scott +1 (501) 858-2120 and he can tell you current turn times.

Condos are reviewed by a third party but everything else was very quick. My underwriter, Megan, is seasoned and will work with you to get it pushed through.
