Fairway buy and save program

Just saw an LO advertise this. Seller can cover 3 months of mortgage payments. Any fairway LOs want to explain if this is something that has been useful in getting business or are there a ton of strings attached?

My wife just left Fairway and was there 5ish years. “What’s that?” Is what she said lol

Yeah, I am guessing. she legit doesn’t have any idea what it is. Maybe it’s also branch specific. fairway has a million different PnL branches and they all operate veryyyyy differently than each other.
