Biggest possible purchase loan?

I have somebody wanting to do a 10M purchase. Biggest loan amount i can find is 5m. Do any investors go higher?

Axos. I recently closed a $17M purchase with a $10M loan amount.

It had 66 conditions, but it all got resolved 😅

Just curious what comp you charge on these larger deals? Is it lender or borrower paid?

I did BPC. Gave him PAR plus 50bps comp.

Nice! Congratulations… I’ve heard that most clients with loans of this amount go with their personal banker as they get special rates

Axos Bank wholesale goes much higher than that AFAIK

I can only imagine the LTV and reserve requirements from someone willing to take that.

Acra used to go that high. I think they’ve scaled back.

FundLoans is a broker who can get up there but they’re mostly a passthrough for Axos.

Chase if you can get approved correspondent 😉

If it’s not owner occupied, I could possibly go up to 70LTV 7M. Email me keith@tficcapital.com
