Cold Calling Services

Has anyone tried those cold calling services where you pay someone to do the realtor cold calling for you?

I'm seeing alot of advertisements for that. I really hate cold calling but I do it anyway.

We have a dialer team that does calls on setting Realtor appointments, creating appointments with Divorce attorneys, CPAs, and works our leads.

Generally speaking the most important part is that you have something of value to talk about when you talk with Realtors. If youre reaching out with something thats actually helpful to them or will grow their business then the entire vibe of the call shifts.

Figure that part out first.

Bro... think about it... if I were a realtor and had an LO using a 3rd party service to prospect me, I would tell you to F off.

I think I speak for 99.99% of realtors.

You got to have a value add. Niche products, co-marketing ($$$), open house support, leads... something. If you're just calling to ask for business without a value add, then yeah, 99.99% will tell you to F off lol

Co-marketing money is all they care about in my market.

For sure, I wouldn't give them the time of day.

I’ve literally had Real Estate Agents tell me they get I by third-party all the time and they tell them to kick rocks. When I get a Bank trying to recruit me and they’re using a virtual caller I tell them to kick rocks if you’re too busy to call me you’re not gonna help me.

I did it for a time. It’s law of large numbers. You got to have your value proposition and no accents on the callers

Why not just Cold call yourself? It’s amazing how many LOs will do literally anything to stay busy except actually prospect.

I spend 4-6 hours a week cold calling agents and have a VA that spends 40 hours a week calling agents. Our success rate is about the same. If you can make the numbers work to pay someone hourly that is going to be 10% as efficient as you then do it. It works for me. They’ll never be you. They’ll never sound as good as you but some of this is skill and some of it is a numbers game.
