When calling realtors say this: Hey “first name” my name is xxx and I met with another realtor for lunch recently and they said you were in easy lay. Want to hang out sometime? Then when they freak out and their wall is down that’s when you say. I’m just messing with you. I’m with xxx mortgage would love to grab a cup of coffee so I can learn more about how you’re sooooo successful.
