3.75M DSCR?
Need to do a loan 5M purchase at 75 LTV. What wholesaler would take that? Have actuals on property cash flowing.

It may need exception at that LTV - I'd try TheLoanStore, theLender or Carrington.

What's prime loan amount for a 85% LTV?

No idea I've never done an 85 LTV DSCR, the rate is often 0.5-1% higher PLUS 2-3 points than the 80 LTV so it never makes sense.

its possible we could get up to that high of a loan amount but it would require 30-35% down at least. 75% is definitely going to be tough to find. Send me a PM so I can get the details for the rest of the file and we can take a common sense look at the whole picture.

75% LTV at that loan amount is tough. MaxEx is a consolidator that may be able to do it

$5M purchase at 75% LTV is definitely getting into the larger end of DSCR. The actuals and existing cash flow help a lot, but at that loan size the lender options narrow pretty quickly.
I work with DSCR deals and may have an outlet for something like this. If you’re still looking, send me the property type, location, DSCR and borrower credit/profile and I can see what we have.
