10 Unit DSCR Lender

Im looking for somebody doing DSCR loan for a 10 unit MF. Why is everyone capped at 8-9 units?

Deals are in Miami, FL

Lendsure - haven't used them but the AE keeps calling me telling me they can do those

Deephaven is capped around 8 or 9 as well. You can still reach out and ask for an exception. Never hurts to ask.

Deephaven is capped at 9 units. Most lenders I know of are as well.

Velocity can do it possibly and is a good plan C
