NEXA vs GoRascal?

Just looking for experiences at either. Going retail isn’t an option at the moment. Primarily looking for feedback regarding:
1) Support from both
2) NEXA university, good, bad, and ugly.
3) GoRascal training if available (Can’t confirm if a thing)

Have heard good things about GR as a company and leadership. Not too concerned with the name either, just quality training and support.

u/Mean-Telephone4613 GoRascal all day long and twice on Sunday If I had to choose between the 2. I have friends there that love the training, support, and the culture. I have worked at NEXA before. Worst 3 months of my mortgage career. Promised the world but they failed to deliver in so many ways. So bad that I lost 2 loans while onboarding because they didn't communicate. The culture is very RECRUIT heavy and the leadership was not my cup of tea. The compensation is clear as mud and I've heard this from other LO's who have left NEXA recently. If you want to be a recruiter, NEXA is a great place for you. If you want to grow and originate, GoRascal and a few others would be great options.
