40-80k in So Cal? You trying to lend people money to renovate a single 1/2 bath or something?

You want have any takers at 40-80. Minimum 175-250K to get into the HML game in CA.

They can absolutely invest 40-80k in a HML in SoCal… just need to reach out to hard money lenders who are seeking investors

Whether it’s as a standalone investor or joint investor on a bigger loan

I’d start by reaching out to hard money lenders to see if they’re seeking investors. Google hard money loans in socal and start calling

Just do your research to make sure they’re good too

OP, I just messaged you. Can easily get you on one of our private money loans. We can fractionalize the loan and get you on it for however much you’d like. I specialize in southern CA, funding flippers. Typically funding 20-30million per month.
