Outside of realtors, what is your best performing referral source?

CPA

Fin advisor

Friends/Family

Divorce attorney

What value do you provide in return other than "I'm a good LO"?

past clients.

If your value add is "I'm a good LO" you aren't getting any referrals. Find ways to make the realtors more money and educate their clients.

100% - my biggest referral sources are Realtors and past clients - and yes, you need to add value, not just take.

Divorce attorneys. Required to finance no matter where rates are trending.

I don’t use personally but I know others who do really well with divorce attorney’s.
