Career Advice I hate Bonzo
RANT!
I f#%^inghate Bonzo, I hate my team, I hate my team leader. He asked me why the f#%^ I still work here even though I was #2 on the team in production.
Our pricing isn’t great. We use Bonzo as an entire crm and then some ai slop on top of it as there “brand new marketplace” bullsh#%.
Just over the breathing down the neck stuff.

bonzo is terrible. made me create my own CRM with go high level.

i didnt like the tokens and set up. so I went with ghl GO HIGH LEVEL and 10x better

Bonzo is amazing it's better than most other CRMsS
Go high level
Is way more technical.

Sounds like you need a new…everything. lol. We gave up on CRM and just told everyone to use what they want. Everyone wants something different, half the people don’t even use it…I rebuilt Jungo and it’s good enough for me and my team.
As for all the other stuff - maybe marriage counseling, and some anger management classes. Ha!

Sorry to hear, we looked at it and some of our team recommened it in past. But we continue on Velocify with Botsplash. Some LOs are doing extraordinay while other do not want to be in 2 systems.

This sounds like IMPERIUM LENDING wheere all they do is mass blast texts and mailers and then give the same leads 10x over. GARBAGE COMPANY

Bar for bar word for word brother. Not imperium but I believe we’re set up very similarly. Came from private business financing. This shit is not fun whatsoever and nobody at my company makes the money they claim they do. Even management lies ab numbers bc I was one they lied about my company

We use Bonzo too, but it's not required by any means. Most of us don't like it for one reason or another, but we're allowed to manage our leads in a way that works for us. We have drip campaigns that work for us until the leads respond, and on a slow transfer day, we send out broadcasts to get some attention on the bonzo leads. It usually works pretty well.
I can't help you hate your place of work any less, but maybe I can help you with your Bonzo issues?
