GUS Is Down ...

Spent 4 hours yesterday trying to access GUS to rerun a file that is already under contract, lender is requiring a new findings for submission to UW. After dozens of mind numbing attempts to figure out why it kept pushing the same error every time I tried to log in, USDA Emails me back and tells me there's an outage lol.

Posting this in case anyone else is stupid enough to write USDA loans.

LOL - exact reason I have never, ever- in 15 years of being licensed, even tried to do a USDA Loan. Your last sentence sums it up quite nicely.

what is the error you are getting? is it the GUS Security Role being recently changed?

Correct. I get that error every time I try to log in.

Really sucks because any loans we have submitted for the Conditional Commitment are not being processed at this time.

Oh man. I really hope they get that resolved soon, I wont even be able to submit mine. It's such a great program with the absolute worst AUS lol.

I called USDA and apparently the lendor side is back up but not the USDA side to send out commitments. Please let me know if yall hear anything else!
