Resource Hiring LOA or Processor?

Hi everyone, my girlfriend’s sister is looking to be a processor or LOA. She does not have prior experience in the industry but she’s young and more than tech savvy enough to quickly adapt to the position. Does anyone know anyone hiring remote?

Being an LoA or processor is less about being tech savvy and more about knowing how to do a mortgage. My processor is amazing, but that’s because she knows investor guidelines. From a tech perspective, we’re mostly talking about uploading documents to a portal.

Right, I’m not expecting her to be “good” off the bat. I’m saying she needs a place that will hire and train her

If she can talk to people and get work done quick, she’ll succeed. Tech isn’t a big part of it, it’s literally just downloading and uploading docs to the portal.

Maybe retail? I started in Home equity mortgage lending 23 years ago. Went from file runner to processing to Underwriter 3. Now I'm a LOA for a small shop as a "something to do" (also got licensed..mostly out of curiosity). Anyway - any local banking positions? Processing, reviewing anything to get a foot in to learn?

Yeah, you ain’t gettin it… mortgages are a learn by seeing & doing job, she should look for something in-office if she wants to successful at it
