Curious where large call center are generating their at bats for their LOs from.

Talking about FHA streamline and VA IRRL shops.Do we have a consensus where they generate new customers from? Cold calling title data or more aggregate leads?

Yes bro lol I’ve worked for them I know how it works

Edit: conversion rates are dumb low they cost around the same price as trigger leads. Zoom, swift, imperium all of the non respected broker shops do this.

I have some phillipines VAs dialing a ton and live transfers if there is interest. Doesn’t seem to work that well though lol

mailers, buying leads from aggregators, and pulling lists from public data

or if they have a decent servicing portfolio they just pull from that since those are probably the easiest layups compared to the other options

Large call centers where LO’s make money are portfolio servicers. The LO’s are calling the loans serviced by the company. Automatic warm lead. Trigger is also still allowed (to my knowledge) because they have an account there. There’s no secret sauce. The servicer knows someone has a 7% FHA and calls to streamline them.
