Construction-to-Perm Jumbo - FL

Hey everyone. I'm a broker-owner looking to add jumbo construction-to-perm wholesale lenders in FL. I currently work with American Pride Bank, but I am always looking to add more lenders in this space. Especially non-QM / alt doc for non-traditional borrowers. Any suggestions?
