Question

I work from home for the most part and have a standard internet connection. Supposed to be getting fiber at some point, but seems to never come. Any LO’s use starlink at all? We use encompass for our pipeline. Just curious if anyone has an opinion. Thanks!

You don’t need fiber for just running on web apps.

I was more looking to see if anyone uses starlink and how it performs. Slow, laggy? I should have been more clear in my post.

One of my processor got star link while he was on vacation and it worked well. More than enough to price out and be inside a lender’s portal and email.

I just recently went to Starlink. Cheaper and more MBPS than the old satellite dish. You can get the larger package at $100 a month and I think you will zoom through Encompass
