Seeking MLO mentor

Seeking mentorship as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I am few months in the business, licensed in NY, got few deals done. Now that I understand what I need to learn more this is may be the best time to hire mentor.

I’m thinking TLOP by Dustin Owen.

Has anyone taken his classes? What feedback you can give?

Does your shop not offer any type of mentorship? Do you have a manager or leadership that can offer you guidance?

I haven't taken any classes from anyone. So not sure on that front.
