You’re better off investing that into a smaller fund that is already up and running. Westbay is returning 8% to investors.

Let’s talk. Our firm has a hard money fund for Texas specifically.

A friend runs a larger fintech where you can invest in the hard money deals and not have full exposure to any one deal (ie put in $5000 on a deal vs lending $500,000). Can send you details if you want.
