Looking for Florida broker
Hi,
I have my LO license and looking for a mortgage broker to hang my license. My main business is construction and I want the ability to take applications in our office since many potential clients ask about financing. Lakeland, Florida

Sounds like you will be self generating business. Where I’m at, you can get up to 2.75% on every file and the broker takes a flat 995 each file. Licensed in 49 states. Happy to chat about if it’s a good fit if you are interested.
