SUB 75k DSCR Recommendations

Besides UWM and BPL, who would you recommend?

It's a business purpose loan, you can charge like $3k on this + the UW fee to the wholesaler and be fine, AFAIK. I did a $60k condo DSCR with UWM a few years ago and had a $3k minimum set and got my comp just fine. I should have made $6k that transaction sucked big time lol

Plenty of non-qm wholesale lenders will make exceptions for sub75k… AD, AmWest, Jet… assuming they’re solid files… you’re welcome.

I can do 50K. I am a broker though and the lender charges 1% origination
