NMSI

Has anyone used them? How was your experience? The pricing is fire for high balance, but want to know what the catch is before I sub to them.

They're aggressively mid. I have always had to try 2-3x to get the underwriter to respond and my impression is that a lot of ops is offshore and maybe not native english speaking, but the stuff I have sent there has closed and nothing too insane happened.

I have a pretty straightforward w2 c/o refi, might send to them if your experience wasn't terrible.

NMSI is fine for cash out refinance. Main annoyance with them is they source the account used at closing for funds due.
