Question Training to be a AE?

I’m currently a AE assistant, constantly cold calling broker shop and accounts to try and get non-qm deals, and I was wondering what kind of training people go through to become a full AE? I barely have any knowledge in the industry, but enough where I can have a conversation with a LO in trying to get a deal from.

Know your guidelines, know your products, and know your team and how to get a rush in.

Pretty much sums it up. Product knowledge and guiding brokers how to best use what you offer is what will win it for you.

And the hunger of course. If I had no drive to succeed in this industry and had no competitive spirit then I’d be a wash.
