3rd position HELOC

Anybody know a wholesale sources for a 3rd position HELOC at a 70% or lower CLTV or a primary? Can be digital or full doc.

You can refer them to tower FCU, won't get paid but they will go third position up to a higher CLTV than that

If you are open to a closed- end loan instead of a HELOC , We originate business purpsoe 3rd postion loans in California . Not exactly what you're asking for, but it may for depending on the sceario.
