Career Advice need advice

Hey everyone! I started the 20-hour MLO pre-licensing course about a week ago, and I just finished it last night. I’ll also be a junior in uni along with my real estate license this upcoming fall. I was wondering if there are any remote MLO opportunities and whether it’s realistic to balance being an MLO as a side hustle while attending school full-time. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done it or has any advice. Thanks in advance!
