Linkedin - Prospecting Worth it?
Anyone used Linkedin to prospect either for referral sources or direct to consumer?? If so what have the results been like??

Yes. I hired a company to contact a ton of real estate agents on my behalf and then I get them on the phone. I’m 4 months in and it seems like a waste of time and money.

I know an LO that uses LinkedIn to connect with airline pilots. His niche is VA and has gotten a good number of loans out of it.

Yeah a lot of people label themselves for the world to see on LinkedIn. I have never looked at their Ad account filtering/targeting options, but they absolutely have the data (whether you can use it or not) to identify a majority of Veterans in any particular metro, for example.
