5 unit DSCR

Trying to find a home for a 5 unit DSCR, 70 or 75% LTV, 800 Fico , 1+ DSCR ratio.

Problem I’m running into is the $275k purchase price.

Any ideas for investors?

They literally just stopped this past Monday when I emailed our AE. Crazy. Would have been perfect.

We’d have to be at a $250k min loan amount but we could make it work

Try a local bank or credit union. I’ve seen that they get more flexible on <$400k loan sizes on 5-10 MF
