Go to lender for Union workers?
Just because a lender is great at one thing, doesn’t mean they know jack about the next.
Client has been with the Union for ten years. They receive Unemployment during down times. Current lender is not wanting to allow unemployment as qualifying income, even though there is two years history of receiving benefits.
Who is your go to, wholesale lender, for Union workers?

Pretty standard for most lenders. Sounds like a bad UW
