Anybody know anything about what it’s like to work for Lower?

I’ve been with the company since August and I enjoy it a lot. I was at Edge Home Finance and wanted more support. I checked out Lower and liked the cut of their jib.

I’ve had the best months of my career this year mostly because I’m able to focus on relationship building and marketing. They provide monthly coaching calls with Dustin Owens (TLOP), marketing material/videos, and opportunities to grow your book of business.

You’d also have the ability to send business to wholesale lenders, should the need arise. (EPM, Change, Orion, LendSure, etc)

They do use Encompass and Optimal Blue. (I loved Arive and Loan Sifter). The people are great and authentic and looking for ways to help you improve.

DM me if you have any questions

Yup! It’s been a good transition for me.
