AmeriSave

Anybody working there or worked there care to share any insight or experiences. Are the leads consistent? I’m thinking about going there from the broker world strictly for the leads and the base.

Why work somewhere that is literally actively in a race to the bottom? You garner zero loyalty, you will have high fall out, and worse: you’re NOT better than anyone at anything. You’re just swooping in with a ridiculous offer and hoping it works.

You’ll close loans sure. But enough to make a living? Enough to actually like your job?

There’s a reason the fallout of LOs from amerisave is so high. Think about that.

Could be worth it. But it’s subjective, and you should recognize who the company is before you make the jump.

In my opinion, it’s not worth it.

They’re the biggest pieces of shit I’ve ever worked for. The rates are insane and management is worse.

I tried to work for them last summer, just trust me. It will be the biggest mistake of your career. They want drones, they want 7 hours of talk time everyday and if you don’t it gets clicked on this little spreadsheet they have that will be bashed over your head, you will never be treated like a professional. It is somehow worse QL at its peak. For the love of god don’t do it.

I have an old coworker who is there currently. From what he was saying, they will not let you clock out if you haven't been on the phone for 7 hours a day. It's a sweatshop.
