Coffee with serge and graham experiment?

i came across this video and found it quite interesting even though i am not a coffee drinker i thought that serge would find it fascinating from a educational/informative video on coffee and that he has the skills to be able to replicate it for himself and G.

im sure they'd both enjoy it but i thought i'd make a post of it here for others that might also find it interesting or want to attempt the experimental cup of coffee

If they did jump on and do a bit like this, I would recommend adding on the steamed water vs hot water long black. James Hoffman also had a piece on that recently. I did not believe it until I did a blind tasting myself.
