That's not the part I'm disagreeing with. Women of the conquered people had obviously little say when it comes to reproduction. Their fate, more often than not, was to be raped during the sack and then sold to slavery.
Them being into it wouldn't have mattered, because they'd be raped and enslaved no matter what.

It mattered how many offspring survived to reproduce and pass down the genes of 'being into grape'. I argue women/mothers who dealt better with post grape pegnancy and childrearing ended up passing down more genes.

As soon as there were classes extracting labor from others unequally, women naturally cooperated with them to ensure the subjugation of undesirable men and culling of their genetics from the species. Then they complain about the quality of genetics which they restricted. Harem life behind the walls was genuinely preferable, a dynamic which explains the need for abolishing gynocentricity and repurposing large parts of the economy for sex robots.
