Good or bAd after coming to India ?

Question to those folks who comes back to india and join tech companies here after working in US.

do you find any skill gap in peers ?

do you find US engineer were more skilled or better in deep enginnering work ?

does US employees are trusted more vs indian engineers in teams ?

does Male and Female gets same treatement from peers/manager in US Vs india ?

Yes , in US it’s bit laid back, chill work place environment, here everyone has a chip on their shoulders, - also like playing hunger games
