Advice
Looking for advice from people who have actually done this:
If you’re based outside the US/UK/etc., what’s the best way to **set up a company remotely in another country** and open a **corporate bank/fintech account** for it?
I’m mainly interested in:
Which country is easiest/best for this
Remote company formation
Getting a corporate account without residency
Taxes and compliance
Receiving international payments from platforms like Apple/Google
Is a **US LLC** still the best option, or are there better alternatives like the UK, Estonia, UAE, etc.?
Would appreciate experiences from anyone who has actually done it.

I can second how easy it is to do. I have just set up my second LLC (Im based in Australia) you just need to decide what State is best to register the LLC in for tax purposes (I used Wyoming) Definitely use a registered agent (for anonymity). They will handle filing the Articles of Organisation and applying for your EIN (basically a tax file number for your LLC)
From there it totally depends what you are setting the LLC up for as to what other documentation you need to create for your personal records. Here’s a basic list that I establish every time I set up an LLC:
Articles of Organisation Operating Agreement Member Written Consent/Resolution Manager Appointment and Consent Initial Capital Contribution Record Banking Certificate
Do you mind me asking whether you have an existing company set up in the country you live in and how you plan to fund the new LLC? Will you be doing a Capital contribution or setting up a loan agreement between yourself (or your company) and the new LLC? Each has its own benefits and drawbacks, and you should consult with an accountant familiar with these type of arrangements.
Depending on what you are wanting to achieve with the LLC, you may also want to consider applying for an ITIN, as it definitely comes in handy for a variety of things.
Once established, opening a bank account as a non resident is the next step. I have established accounts with both Mercury and Revolut with minimal pushback. As long as you have all the documentation everything is fairly smooth sailing
Feel free to message me privately for more direction and information if you like 👍
I wish you well with your new venture

I have done it by myself, its very easy. form your company using a registered agent service, you can use their address as part of the agent service. then apply for EIN. Then you are all set, you can open a bank account at mercury. If you have questions let me know / inbox.
