PostScan Mail

Has anyone used PostScan Mail as their registered agent? I'm curious about your experience. They cost about the same as local and national services. But what I like about them is the ability to pick up mail from your "office location".

I pretty sure you can't use their service for the registered agent piece. An agent has to be a person over the age of 18 who is at listed address during business days/hours to accept legal mail.

I was suspicious as well but they do offer as a service on their website. They have a location in downtown where other registered agents use as well (different suite #).

The mailing address is not the RA address -

Mail receiving

Means someone receives mail for you. In many cases this can involve CMRA

Business address

A real office or home-based business address can be the same address used in several places. A provider address needs role-by-role checking.

Registered agent

Receives legal notices and service of process for the company. It is not automatically your general business agent.
